Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring accurate quantities and quality before storing. Maintain organized inventory records to track stock levels and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Stock Organization: Efficiently organize and store products in designated areas of the warehouse, ensuring safe and proper storage practices are followed to optimize space and facilitate easy access.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring that all items are correctly picked, packed, and labeled according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Shipping Coordination: Manage the shipping process, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods, while also maintaining accurate shipping documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, providing feedback on operational efficiencies and contributing to the ongoing development of warehouse procedures and practices.
Skills & Experience
- +2 years of experience in working in a large warehouse logistics environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.

Experience working with ERP software to manage inventory and logistics, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of stock levels.

Strong ability to assess and enhance warehouse processes, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements to drive operational effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
