Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding strategies for new clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to our products and services and driving client satisfaction and retention.
- Engagement: Execute engagement initiatives to foster lasting relationships with clients throughout their lifecycle, identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration and value delivery.
- Monitor & Improvement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess customer success metrics, continuously evaluating and enhancing processes for improved satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities based on a deep understanding of client needs and business goals, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and client expansion.
- Lead Implementation Teams: Take charge of implementation teams, ensuring smooth execution of strategies and initiatives, and overseeing project management to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage Customer Journey: Manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding to post-sales support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
- Lead Expansion/Growth After Sales Process: Drive the expansion and growth process post-sales, leveraging insights and opportunities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Lead and handle relationships with 3rd parties and distributors to scale our land and expand approach in the textile industry.
- Create Processes with a Data-Driven Approach: Develop a set of processes and implement a data-driven strategy, analyzing and interpreting customer success metrics, driving informed decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management or similar.
- +15 years of relevant experience in sales, after-sales or customer success in classic textile markets (India, Bangladesh, Turkey, etc.)
- Ability to travel extensively, particularly in Central and South Asia, balancing between hunting and farming strategies.
- Proven ability in managing 3rd parties and distributors to scale the land and expand approach.
- Experience in account management of a technological product within the textile industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector's complexities and challenges.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to create and lead processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with extra points if proficiency in an additional language.
