We are looking for a highly-skilled & experienced UX/UI Designer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will transform complex industrial workflows into seamless user interfaces that support machine operators, technicians, and managers in achieving high performance and reliability. Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design for our software interfaces that interact with industrial hardware, making advanced systems accessible to a broad range of users.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Maintain a coerent Design System for Web and Mobile Apps;
- Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring our industrial software vision to life.
- Design functional and appealing interface components, such as dashboards, alerts, controls, and data visualizations tailored to real-world textile operations.
- Conduct user testing and iteration cycles to refine usability, particularly in complex manufacturing environments.
- Ensure all designs align with Design for Usability and Error Prevention best practices for mission-critical systems.
- Support the communication of technical topics (e.g. product launches, certifications, performance metrics) with effective visual storytelling.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on complex systems, preferably B2B, industrial, or hardware-integrated software.
- Proficiency in Figma and other tools for both UX and visual design.
- Proven experience with Design Systems for Web and Mobile Apps.

Proven ability to deliver simple, clean designs for complex problems, ideally with examples from machine interfaces or operational dashboards.

Experience designing for hardware-software ecosystems, industrial platforms, or technical users is highly desirable.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS, motion design, or front-end implementation is a strong plus.

Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
