Responsibilities
- Design VLAN and WLAN network deployment plans suitable for different types of existing infrastructure.
- Perform network performance troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks to ensure the efficiency of the services provided.
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
- Provide technical customer support to ensure service availability.
- Collaborate with our customers' IT department and support network installation and validation.
- Source & Validate network hardware equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, etc) suitable for different solutions.
- Regular visits to our customers' facilities.
- Collaborate with the teams responsible for installing and configuring the network.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve our internal solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering or Professional Technical Training with Cisco certification (CCNA or CCNP), or Check Point CCSA certification (preferred).

Proven experience as a network technician or related relevant position (+2 years).
- Proven experience in configuring wired and wireless networks for multiple devices.
- Good knowledge of LAN/VLAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies.
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.

Experience writing activity and intervention reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
