Responsibilities
- Warehouse Layout Optimization: Redesign the physical layout based on item frequency, weight, and accessibility;
- Digital Location Mapping: Update and maintain item locations within the Odoo ERP system;
- Standardized Inbound Processes: Define and implement procedures for receiving, quality control, labeling, and storage;
- Item Classification System: Ensure accurate categorization of consumables vs. storables;
- Inventory Dashboarding: Build Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and decision support;
- Stock Control Strategy: Define minimum stock levels and replenishment methods;
- Repair & Valuation Module Deployment: Configure and launch repair workflows and stock valuation in Odoo;
- Obsolete Inventory Management: Analyze and coordinate the disposal or sale of outdated components;
- BOM Integration Analysis: Diagnose and propose solutions for multi-layer BOM stock flows in subcontracted production;
- Physical-Digital Alignment: Streamline and synchronize warehouse operations with digital workflows.
Skills & Experience
- Currently enrolled in the Master's degree of Engineering and Industrial Management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective candidate engagement and communication within the team;
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative startup environment.
