We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission. Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design, develop, and test web applications tailored for industrial environments, ensuring functionality, scalability, and user-centric design.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with both front-end and back-end engineers, as well as other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of live applications, implementing optimizations at the code level to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, debug critical issues, and enhance the overall responsiveness and reliability of applications.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship impactful new features that align with user needs and business goals.
- Integration: Work with external data sources and APIs to extend application functionality and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Write unit tests to ensure robustness, covering edge cases, usability, and general system reliability.
- Innovation & Efficiency: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, evaluating and implementing them to enhance development efficiency and application performance.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in web development across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficient in frameworks and languages such as Angular, React.js, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles and coding best practices.
- Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Familiarity with web accessibility principles, standards, and guidelines.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in setting priorities and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bonus points for experience with Agile methodologies.
