Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to our products and services and driving client satisfaction and retention.

  • Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with clients throughout their lifecycle, identifying opportunities for enhanced collaboration and value delivery.

  • Monitor & Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess customer success metrics, continuously evaluating and enhancing processes for improved satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and client expansion.

  • Collaboration & Partnership: Handle relationships with 3rd parties and distributors to scale our land and expand approach in the textile industry.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Analyze and interpret customer success metrics, driving informed decision-making.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management or similar.

  • +2 years of relevant experience in sales, after-sales, or customer success.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with external partners.  

  • Experience in working with 3rd parties and distributors.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize customer success processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English, with extra points if proficiency in an additional language.
